IT'S A BOY

I was watching a woman, who was walking a German Shepherd near my home. It was more like the dog was walking her. The dog was barking at everyone and everything. And he would

occasionally lunge at a small child or little dog. An onlooker next to me said "That dog needs to be trained!" I said, "No - the owner needs to be trained!"
