The 2018 edition of Book Expo

I'm hoping to take Frankenstina to the Javits Center in New York on May 31. I'm checking out

the requirements to see if I want to go as an attendee or an exhibitor. I'll get to visit my mom while i'm there. I now have three months to finish Frankenstina. I'm going to have to pick up the pace if I want to get the 26 chapters done. I'm on Chapter 2 now lol.

I might want to go as an attendee to get the experience of these type of shows as I've never been and to meet other people in this business. Maybe I'll just take a few books with me in a backpack.

I might get some business cards made up as well.

I can't wait until I can do this full time. The next 7 months are going to drag but I smile when I think of writing all day and 7 days a week; without having to worry about going to work.

The only regret I have, and it's not really a regret, is that I didn't discover my passion for it earlier in life. I wouldn't have quit my day job but I would have been further along than I am now. But I like to think this is the right time because the self pub revolution was in its infancy then.
